Quaternary ammonium chloride-based, no-rinse sanitizer for three-compartment sinks and food contact surfaces. Features • Concentrated neutral quaternary sanitizer providing effective bacteriological control in a wide variety of food processing applications • Ideal for all sanitizing applications in kitchen and food service operations

Suma® Quat Sanitizer D4
Use Directions • To sanitize pre-cleaned mobile items in public eating establishments (drinking glasses, dishes, eating utensils), immerse items in a 200 ppm active quaternary solution for at least 60 seconds making sure to immerse completely. • Remove items, drain the use-solution from the surface and air dry. Do not rinse.
Food Processing Areas
Final Rinse (Third Sink) or Bar Glass Sanitizing • Rinse/soak in 2.24 mL/L solution of product. No final rinse is required. NOTE: If a use solution containing higher than 200 ppm active quaternary is employed, all sanitized surfaces must be rinsed well with potable water as a final step. • Do not store in food processing or storage areas.
• Apply a 2.24 mL/L (200 ppm) solution by the most applicable method. (i.e., soak, spray, sponge, mop, etc.). • No final potable water rinse is required.
