Applications • Use to clean and degrease hoods, filters, and other stainless steel surfaces
• Do not use this product on surfaces over 120°F (48.9 °C), floor coverings, linoleum, firebrick, aluminum, copper, chrome, brass, galvanized surfaces, tin, zinc, Teflon (® of DuPont) coated surfaces, painted surfaces, or plastics • Do not use on continuous or self-cleaning ovens

Use Directions • Always wear long rubber gloves and eye protection when spraying
and wiping. • Wash hands and arms after use. • Do not spray on or let spray contact pilot light, electrical connections, switches, light bulbs, heating elements, receptacles, or thermostats. Spray may cause electric short. • Do not let product contact floor coverings, linoleum, aluminum, copper, chrome, painted surfaces or plastics. Do not use on continuous or self-cleaning ovens. • Do not use on hot surfaces above 120˚ F (48.9˚ C). Do not spray product on firebrick.

Application • Remove cap and carefully attach sprayer. • Hold sprayer upright and spray all interior surfaces thoroughly. • Scrub with a brush or nylon scrub pad. Wipe with damp cloth. Reapply as needed.
• Wipe entire oven with clean, wet cloth. Wipe dry. • For Food Plant Use: Avoid contamination of food during use or
storage. Cookware or utensils and other equipment and surfaces subject to direct contact with food must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water prior to re-use.
