Summer 2015 Sports Performance Training PROGRAM 1: Summer Pass Tuesdays and Thursdays $250 for 16 sessions!! Runs 6/9 – 8/6 2015 (no sessions week of July 4th) 10:30am – 12:00pm (U9-U11) 12:00pm – 1:30pm (U14-U18) U12-U14 can pick either session (2nd session is slightly more intense) *45 minutes with Rachel (plyometrics, flexibility & core) and 45 minutes with JT (Speed, Agility, & soccer specific training) **Max enrollment is 30 players and includes FREE T-shirt Speed – Acceleration, Running Form and Fast Footwork Exercises Agility – Balance and Coordination – Lateral + Medial Movement Techniques Quickness – Reaction Exercises, Start and Stop Quick Feet Exercises – Plyometric Training Flexibility – Improved by various forms of Static and Dynamic Stretching Injury Prevention - Achieved through Strengthening and Stabilizing Exercises
PROGRAM 2: Power Weeks Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri $50 summer pass members, $75 non members 6/22 - 6/26 (4:00pm-5:00pm (U9-U11) (5:00pm-6:00pm (U14-U18) 7/13 – 7/17 (4:00pm-5:00pm (U9-U11) (5:00pm-6:00pm (U14-U18) All sessions held at Just For Kicks, 10200 Soccer Dr, Plainfield, IL, 60585 These summer sessions will focus on numerous exercises and drills to help develop the player’s overall performance within the game of soccer. The goal is to improve functional and fundamental movement through various training methods and techniques. This leads to overall improvement in Speed, Agility, and Quickness!
