Summer 2016 Women's Certified Basketball Leagues
Summer 2016 Women's Certified Basketball Leagues Updated: 7/21/2016 3:10:00 PM NCAA Division I student-athletes with remaining eligibility may participate in the NCAA-certified summer leagues listed in alphabetical order by the league name in the table below; BUT: 1. Only on the dates identified in the "Certified Dates" column; and 2. Only after receiving Director of Athletics' Permission. All Division I players must limit their competition to one team in one league. Even if a student-athlete participates in a two-day activity/league that student-athlete cannot then participate in any other organized basketball activity/league for the duration of the summer. If a Division I student-athlete is rendered ineligible for collegiate athletics due to participation in a summer league (prior to permission, without permission, played in multiple leagues, etc.) and is subsequently forced to submit to the student-athlete reinstatement process, the league will be ineligible for certification the following year. NOTE: League certification DOES NOT permit NCAA Division I basketball coaching staff members to attend. Please consult the list of NCAA-certified events to identify those competitions that Division I coaches may attend.
