Summer camp AWS
Summer camp (13th and 14th April) Blue Whale Nature Association Thane has organized summer camp for the students of Lok Biradari School students. Camp contained some adventurous sports like climbing, crawling and night sky watching. Camp was well organized and students enjoyed very much. It was held on after the annual examination but students attended it. Students of Sadhana Vidhyalayaa also participated this year. They find new and adventurous and demanded such camp for next year also. Even the Blue Whale Nature Association Thane also happy on seeing active participation of tribal students. They promised to come to next year.
School Invitation Program. For making first day of school successful and interesting school has set teams of teachers for visit of student’s villages to invite them to the school at 1st day for the new session. Each team having two to three teachers went in different directions and visited the villages comes on the way. This year this invitation program scheduled on 22 and 23rd June 2017
School Opening Day Celebration. Lok Biradari School has celebrated 1st day of school by welcoming new students and along with school has conducted a rally in the Lok Biradari Prakalp. There was a felicitation program done in the school assembly hall. The program was presided by Head Master Dr. Vilas Talwekar and Mr. Sharif Sheikh Sir . Representative from Tribal office Mr.Sacin Wankhede, Shala Samiti members Suman Rainu Pungati, Smt. Kavita Bardeve , and 120 parents along with 77%students were presented at the function. School Secretory Mr. Aniket Amte Felicitated top rank holder of SSC students Balaji Atram ,Swapnil Madavi and Ketan Wanja Madavi and HSSC students Dinesh Madkami, Sunita Wachami, and Shriniwas Gawade.
Guru Pornima and Felicitation Program. Guru Pornima was celebrated in school on 10 July 2017. On this day school felicitated students who done well in school examination. Students from std 1st to 11th was felicitated with the hands of Smiksha Amte and Teachers of the school.
Tree Plantation Students of 11th std of Lok Biradari Ashram School has organized a tree plantation in Hemalkasa village on 1st August 2017. Villagers of Hemalkasa also participated in plantation program. Students also learn making of saplings. Forest guard Mr. Raut has helped to make plantation successful.
World Tribal Day Celebration In Lok Biradri Ashram School has organized tree plantation rally on 9 August 2017, world tribal day. The rally was started at 9am in the morning after the inauguration by the hands of Samiksha Amte. Students, teachers have participated in the4 rally along with School secretary Mr. Aniket Amte. The rally has walked the distance from the school to Hemalkasa village. It was over at 11am in the School.
Participation in Bejur Village Students of Lok Biradari Jr. College Participated in the Program at the nearby village Bejur on world Tribal Day . In the program students were presented street play on the dangers of Surjagad Mines.
Independent day celebration On 15th August Independence day was celebrated in Lok Biradari Ashram School Hemalkasa . Flag Hoisting was done by Jaishree Tai Talfade at 7.30 in the morning. All students Teachers and guests along with residents of Lok Biradari Prakalp were participated in the program. Students presented their speeches and songs. Lok Biradari Jr. College has organized a small Exhibition on our nation India. Various information about India and It`s freedom struggle was displayed in the exhibition.
Speech competition Tribal department of Bhamaragad has organized speech competition on the subject My Ashram School. Two students of Lok Biradari School has participated in the competition . Anamika Bhimrao Koret and Nagorao Fakira Atram has participated . Nagorao Fakira Atram of 6th standard has won second prize in primary group.
Tribal Department Block Level Sport Tournament Tribal Department of Bhamaragad has organized block level sport events on 4th September 2017 at Laheri . 38 students of Lok Biradari Ashram School and Jr. College have participated in the tournament. Teachers Day Celebration On 5 September 2017 teacher’s day was celebrated in Lok Biradari Ashram School Hemalkasa . The day was celebrated as self-government day where students’ runes school and play roles of teachers and Head Masters. Students were happy while playing roles of teachers. They enjoyed a lot on the day.
Essay and Drawing Competition On the day school has also organized an essay and drawing competition on the subject clean India. 150 students from td 1st to 12th were participated in the competition.
Poster Exhibition Students of 9th class have organized a poster exhibition of cartoons based on humor and satires. Students of the schools, guests and all teachers were visited the posters exhibitions and enjoyed a lot.
Ganpati Visarjan Students of Lok Biradari Ashram School along with the residence of Lok Biradri Prakalp have participated in an auspicious Occasion of Ganpati Visarjan Of Lok Biradri Prakalp Hemalkasa. Visarjan Procession started from Lok Biradari Prakalp Hemalkasa at 4 pm towards the Parlkota River , 3 km away from Hemalkasa . Students were dancing through all the way. Residence of Lok Biradari has sung Bhajans throughout the procession . Visarjan procession reached on the river at 6pm . Respected Mandatai Amte has performed Puja of Lord Ganpati at the shore of river. At Last we did the Visajan Of Ganpati Idol in the River.
