Camp Information PLACE:
Suffolk County Farm and Education Center LIE Exit 67 - 1/2 mile south of LIE on right. Yaphank, NY
PLEASE NOTE: Parents are responsible for transporting their children to and from the program.
TIME:
9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
AGES:
5 - 12 years As of the date of camp. Proof of age required.
COST:
$285 per child per week Full payment is expected at the time of registration. *Partial scholarships are available,if needed. Contact Kaylyn Reynolds at 631-852-4600 for more information.
ACTIVITIES: Farm Programs Arts & Crafts Sports • Games Basic Diabetes Education This is a working farm. If your child is allergic to animals, hay, etc., you are advised NOT to consider enrollment.
Camp Registration Information If you are interested in registering your child(ren) please fill out application on right and mail with your check (made payable to Cornell Cooperative Extension) to: Suffolk County Farm & Education Center 350 Yaphank Ave Yaphank, New York 11980 NO REFUNDS. REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO 24 CHILDREN PER WEEK. Please contact the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Suffolk County office at 631-852-4600 if you have any special needs.
If your application is received before the available spaces are taken, you will receive copies of the medical forms and medical protocol. Final acceptance is contingent on the submission of the completed and signed forms to the Farm office by May 1, 2018. There will be a parent meeting prior to the program’s start date. If your child is enrolled, you will receive this meeting date in your confirmation letter. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY!

Full payment is due with application.
