SUMMER SCHOOL REGISTRATION FORM Step 1: Please review all details regarding Summer School registration. Tuition & Payment: For undergraduate and non-matriculated students, Summer School tuition is $400 per credit and a $50 nonrefundable payment must accompany this registration form. Matriculated graduate students will be charged at the tuition rate of their program. Payment made by cash, check (payable to Bay Path University) or money order should be delivered to the Registrar’s Office with this form. Credit card payments must be made directly through Student Financial Services. Students should request that Student Financial Services ([email protected] or 413-565-1256) notifies the Registrar’s Office that payment was received so registration can be finalized. Online Courses: Students taking online courses are required to complete a self-paced online orientation course, EXT 099 prior to the start of classes. There is no charge for this course, which will be available two weeks prior the start of each session. Students will receive their student ID number and instructions on how to access the course in the mail prior to the start of each session. On-Campus Courses: Students taking on campus courses must display a parking decal on their vehicle. Parking permits are distributed through the Campus Public Safety Office, Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. Students will receive their student ID number in the mail prior to the start of the session.
