A summer wrestling clinic will be held on July 10th & 11th at West Catholic High School. This clinic will be geared for youth wrestlers in grades 1st – 8th. We would encourage any youth interested in wrestling, both beginner & experienced wrestlers to participate. Coaches will instruct to all skill levels. It is a great opportunity to try the sport before the winter season begins. During the 2-day clinic we will work on drills to improve your take downs, escapes & reversals. We will also work on tilts & pinning combinations to be taught to each wrestler’s skill level. And mixed in all of this learning will be plenty of games for the wrestlers to play!
