Summer Youth Group Begins July 8th! All Summer Youth Group Events are open to students who are entering 6th grade through recent high school graduates Wednesday, July 8th, 2017 Time: 9:00am to 10:00pm Shore Trip to Ocean City, New Jersey! Summer Youth Group kicks off with a trip down the shore! It’s going to be an awesome day of sun, surf, sand, and boardwalk fun. Please get dropped off and picked up at OEPC. Please bring money for lunch, dinner, snacks, shopping, boardwalk rides (there is mini-golf and amusement rides on the boardwalk), and beach tags ($5.00). Please bring a change of clothes, modest beach wear, a towel, sunscreen, etc. Wednesday, July 12th, 2017 6:30pm to 9:00pm Event: Scavenger Hunt, Games, Water Ice. We’re going to spend the evening going on an adventure, playing some games outside, and grabbing some delicious, cold water ice. It will be a great night of hanging out and making memories. This event will be both on and off campus. Bring money for water ice (if you forget we got you covered). Please eat dinner before you come.
Wednesday, July 19th, 2017 Time: 6:00pm to 10:00pm Event: Freddy Hill Farms Trip! We’re headed to Lansdale to converge on Freddy Hill Farms for a night of mini-golf, batting cages, and the most amazing ice cream! Mini-golf is $6.00, Batting Cages is $1.50 per token (each token is approximately 15 pitches), and ice cream varies in price. Please bring money for minigolf/batting cages and ice cream. Please eat dinner before you come. Freddy Hill Farms does have savory foods in addition to ice cream such as hotdogs, nachos, and soft pretzels. Wednesday, July 26th, 2017 Time: TBD Event: Feeding the Homeless. This service opportunity is still being developed, more information will be forthcoming. We are planning a trip into Philadelphia to work with an established organization and show the love of Jesus by feeding dinner to the homeless. More to come…
