Summer Youth Employment Program Applicants must apply in person and minors should bring parents. Must bring the following documents:

The Summer Youth Employment Program provides work experience services to eligible Native Americans between ages 16-21 years old. Program participants are placed at worksites throughout Osage County and work 20 hours per week for 7 weeks. Osage / Veteran Preference is exercised.



Photo I.D (Driver License preferred)



Social security card

   

CDIB or tribal membership card



Current uƟlity bill, to verify residence



VerificaƟon of Enrollment, Standard AƩendance & GPA (For 18 & under)



All selected parƟcipants are subject to a urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use.



Males, ages 18 and over, must register for SelecƟve service

Family Income for previous 30 days
