PARENTAL PERMISSION FORM
Clinic Objectives It is our intention to give your daughter a better understanding of softball, help her build self-confidence, and expose her to a funfilled experience with other girls her age. It doesn’t matter whether you daughter is just beginning in softball, or has played several years, she will experience the basic fundamentals of the game such as throwing, catching, hitting, and base running.
I APPROVE OF MY DAUGHTER’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SUMMERVILLE SOFTBALL CLINIC AND CERTIFY THAT SHE IS IN GOOD HEALTH. IF MEDICAL ATTENTION IS REQUIRED DURING THE CAMP, I GRANT PERMISSION FOR SUCH CARE TO BE RENDERED. I HEREBY RECOGNIZE AND UNDERSTAND THAT THE COACHES AND SCHOOL ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OF ANY KIND THAT MAY OCCUR ON THE WAY TO, DURING, OR ON THE WAY HOME FROM THE SUMMERVILLE SOFTBALL CLINIC SPONSORED BY SUMMERVILLE HIGH SCHOOL.
Oct. 18th-19th 4:30-6:30 $30 All players will receive a Summerville Softball t-shirt (Registration must be received by Oct 7th to ensure t -shirt.) Clinic Instructors include:

2016 Green Wave Fall Softball Clinic The clinic will be under the direction and supervision of the SHS Varsity and JV Coaching Staff:

Karri Killen
Cassie Tucker
Josh Ayers
Members of the 2016 Varsity Softball team will also be assisting as clinic instructors as well as SHS Alumni. Players need to bring a water bottle,
glove, and cleats or tennis shoes. They may bring any other softball equipment they have if they like such as a bat, catchers gear, but it is not required.

Oct. 18th-19th 4:30-6:30 Players in grades 6th-10th are invited to attend. The cost of the clinic is $30 and all players will receive a Summerville Softball t-shirt. Come work on your softball skills with the 2016 SC AAAA Lower State Runner-up !
