CONDITIONS

Leave the Hall in a clean, rentable condition: sweep and mop floors that have been dirtied; take out garbage and recycling to their respective bins; sanitize used counter spaces; wash, dry, and put away any used dishes; and ensure all renter items are removed from the hall before departure. *Please note: The renter understands that not leaving the hall in a clean, rentable condition, will result in a $200 cleaning fee taken from the renter's damage deposit.

Take the garbage out to the dumpster when your event is complete

Charges will apply for NFS cheques

Charges of $300 will apply for any fire alarm incidents

No smoke machines allowed

The kitchen is to be used for re-heating not cooking, which includes any activity which would produce excessive heat, steam, smoke, or grease laden vapors

The hall can no longer be used as a storage space for renters goods, as per our lease with the City of Calgary

CONTRACT AGREEMENT Rentee is responsible for expenses, damages or loss to Rentor's facilities and equipment during the period of rental. The damage deposit may, at the option of the Rentor, be applied in whole or part to such expenses, damages or loss. Rentor may cancel or terminate any activity or remove any person(s) from the facility if: a. The terms and conditions above are not being fulfilled; b. The facility is being used for a different purpose than intended; c. The Rentee fails to comply with the laws, regulations and permits, including liquor control, health, police; fire and safety, noise bylaws d. The rules and regulations of the Rentor are not being followed; or, e. The Rentee breaches the additional specific terms and conditions (if any) attached hereto and by initials as Schedule "A" f. The Rentor provides at least 1 month notice to the Rentee that the facility is not available for the date or purpose. By typing your name in the spaces provided the Rentor and Rentee agree to the terms in this document.. Rentor Rentee Date Signed
