The snares of death encompassed me; the pangs of Sheol laid hold on me; I suffered distress and anguish. Then I called on the name of the Lord: “O Lord, I pray, deliver my soul!” ALL: Gracious is the Lord, and righteous; our God is merciful. The Lord preserves the simple; when I was brought low, he saved me. Return, O my soul, to your rest; for the Lord has dealt bountifully with you.

Confession of Faith: Apostles' Creed I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born of the virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead and buried; he descended into hell. The third day he rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty. From there he will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, one holy church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.

Announcements Two Year Celebration!! Come and celebrate with us this Saturday, February 11, 4p at the Scarborough Lake House (5942 Crystal Beach Rd). This will be a fun time to celebrate our first two years as a church. We'll have a bounce house and slide for the kids. We'll also provide the meat and drinks, please bring a side and invite your friends. Can't wait to celebrate with you all! New Members Class: The two-part course will be March 11 & 18 after the worship service. Lunch and childcare will be provided. March 11 will be at Redeemer City and March 18 will be here at RSW. Community Groups Sunday mornings are great, but there’s not much time to really get to know anyone or build relationships. Community groups are our way of doing that. They are bi-monthly informal small groups that meet in homes and are the primary way of “connecting” with others at Redeemer Southwest Church.
