“Trust God Not Your Sword” May 7, 2017 Dr. Roger Ball [email protected] Do you need a Wizard of Oz moment that pulls back the curtain on your blind spots? Someone said, “Life without God is like an unsharpened pencil - it has no point.” For example, what is stronger your sword or the right hand of God? Are you trusting God in a big way or a small way? When you trust God you remove most stress and most discouragement. Peace comes when you really trust God. Psalm 44:1 - O God, we have heard with our ears, Our fathers have told us The work that You did in their days, In the days of old. •

Psalm 44:2 - You with Your own hand drove out the nations; Then You planted them; You afflicted the peoples, Then You spread them abroad. •
