AFFIDAVIT OF DEBT The subscriber, being duly sworn upon her oath, deposes and says that: 1. She s the Customer Service Administrator for the Greater New Haven WPCA, the plaintiff in the above entitled action, and the plaintiff is now the actual and bona fide holder and owner of all delinquent sewer use charges which have and continue to accrue under an open account together with the sewer use liens described in the complaint in this action. The affiant is personally familiar with the ! books and records of the Greater New Haven WPCA in the normal course of her j employment and, in particular, with the sewer use indebtedness owed to the plaintiff j on the real property known as 20 Lee Street, Hamden, Connecticut. j 2. The sums secured by said statutory sewer use liens are and continue to j be due to the plaintiff with statutory interest at 18% per annum, and there remains j unpaid the following sums:
Sewer use charges due Interest through June, 2014 at 18% per annum Lien Fees
$2,806.37 745.03 84.00
Total Due:
$3,635.40
3. The total amount of said sewer use debt now due to the plaintiff is $3,635.40 together with the taxable eosts of this action and the fees of the plaintiffs attorney. There are no counterclaims or setoffs to said indebtedness. The property being foreclosed remains subject to sewer use charges accruing on an open account together with interest and lien fees which shall be claimed as part of any supplemental judgment entered in this action.
