SUPPLY LIST AND RETREAT POLICIES Quilt Retreat Julie Dess Suggested items to bring:
Sleeping bag & pillow or bedding for bunk beds Slippers Toiletries, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste Wash cloth & towel Swimsuit & hair turban for hot tub Sewing items: machine, notions, mat, ruler cutter, etc. Sewing projects (we will have kits available, if you run out) Extra thread, needles Surge protector or extension cords, etc. Small table lamp or OTT light Ironing board - iron, talk to your friends and share, too many irons tend to blow breakers. Comfortable chair or pillow for chair (chairs available, just not super comfy) We will have a mini-store set up @ CMD. We will have fusibles, threads, batting and fun kits available.

1. Registration can be made in person, by mail or telephone. 2. A deposit of at least $75 is required at the time of registration for retreat, remainder due three (3) weeks before retreat. 3. Please remember respect others not wearing perfume or scented lotions at retreat. 4. Phone reservations accepted with credit card payment only. 5. Each retreat has a minimum student requirement. The Sewing Palace reserves the right to cancel a retreat due to lack of enrollment. Every effort is made to fill the retreat, but if the retreat has to be cancelled we will notify you in advance and refund your money with a store credit. 6. Retreat fees are not refundable if you are unable to attend a retreat that is not cancelled. 7. Retreats begin at 1:00pm. Please plan to arrive at that time. 8. Retreat supply lists will be mailed to you prior to the retreat.

Feel free to ask questions if you are unfamiliar with an item listed on your supply list. If you have registered for a sewing retreat you should bring basic sewing supplies.
Basic Sewing Supplies: Sewing machine cleaned, oiled and in good working order, machine oil and cleaning brush, canned air, foot pedal and cord, slide on table, manual, surge protector, OTT light or other lamp, machine needles, thread, seam ripper, small scissors for fabric, paper scissors, quilting pins, extra bobbins pre-wound, rotary cutter, mat, ruler, paper & pencil.
