GENERAL DESCRIPTION All that certain tract lot or parcel ofland, a part of the Isaac McMahon Survey A-379, Wood County, Texas, and also being all of that certain called 1.347 acre tract ofland that is described in a Foreclosure Deed dated June 30, 2004 against Bob Houser, et ux, Angela, that is recorded in Volume 2012 Page 855 of the Real Property Records of Wood County, Texas, and being more completely described as follows to wit;
METES AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION Beginning at a Yz Inch Iron Rod found for comer at the West corner of said tract and the South corner of the Sonny Shores Subdivision ( 8/202A Plat Records) same being in the N.E.B.L. of Highway # 154; Thence North 66 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds East, along the N.W.B.L. of said tract and the S.E.B.L. of said subdivision, for a distance of326.56 feet to a Yz Inch Iron Rod found for corner at the North corner of said tract and the East corner of said Subdivision; Thence South 18 degrees 10 minutes 46 seconds East, along the E.B.L. of said tract and the W.B.L. of Lake Fork Reservoir, for a distance of66.80 feet to a T Iron (M5-B-18) found for corner; Thence South 67 degrees 19 minutes 07 seconds East, continuing along said lines, for a distance of 138.73 feet to a Yz Inch Iron Rod found for corner at the East corner of said tract and the North corner of the Residue of that certain Stephen Wilson tract (Vol 1476 Pg 852 ) from which a T Iron (M6-b-18.1 ) bears South 68 degrees 09 minutes and 50 seconds East, 96.54 feet; Thence South 66 degrees 05 minutes 28 seconds West, along the S.E.B.L. of said tract and the N.W.B.L. of the Residue of said Wilson tract, for a distance of 416.96 feet to a Yz Inch Iron Rod found for corner at the South corner of said tract and the West corner of said Residue, same being in the N.W.B.L. of said highway # 154; Page 1 of2
