The JuMpStart Process Select representa4ves from across your organiza4on to respond to an easy but thorough 30 minute on-‐line survey. Based on best prac4ces, most ques4ons are simple Yes/No or mul4ple choice. Responses are anonymous, ensuring honest and complete answers. Once complete, EVI takes it from there with an expert team of analysts thoroughly reviewing the responses. Within three weeks of our kick-‐off mee4ng with you, EVI will present the findings with a gap analysis, priority areas to target and recommended next steps.
EVI’s JuMpStart rapid assessments are modular: Iden=fy where you are now, get where you need to be. Faster. More effec=vely. Deployed separately, EVI’s JuMpStart modular offerings quickly provide essen4al insights into how well your company is embedding sustainability prac4ces and process throughout your organiza4on. Both JuMpStart offerings intend to capture an effec4ve and representa4ve cross sec4on of an organiza4on to beier iden4fy gaps and pinpoint recommenda4ons. Both evaluate performance in terms of awareness, inten4on, and/or ac4on, benchmarking against peers and best prac4ces. The Supply Chain JuMpStart measures how well the supply chain organiza4on of a given enterprise manages sustainability. For organiza4ons that historically focused more on social and labor issues, this type of evalua4on can help achieve the same level of integra4on with environmental sustainability in their supply chain. In contrast, Sustainability JuMpStart assesses an en4re organiza4on's management of sustainability, gate-‐to-‐gate. It does not maier where in the value chain the organiza4on is.
