Cut around edges. We recommend a rigid material like wood, cardboard, chipboard or plastic. This structure will support your paper shark. You will attach the middle of the structure to a dowel that sits in your base. Make sure when you attach the structure to your base, it is able to pivot and swing. You can use a screw, just make sure it isn’t too tight! Then you will glue your paper shark around this structure.
