Tramigo Cloud Fleet View View the locations of all vehicles on your Cloud account. If you’ve followed the steps in this manual, the T23 device you just added to your cloud should appear on the map at the location where you pressed the SOS button.
You can also access Tramigo Cloud through any mobile device with internet access and track your vehicles anytime - anywhere.
My Tramigos Lists all your tracking units and shows their latest location.

Alarms Highlights alarm messages from your fleet.
Troubleshooting
Fleet Feed Displays latest message history from all your vehicles.
PROBLEM: UNIT IS NOT RESPONDING OR UPDATING ITS LOCATION:
Vehicle View Clicking on a vehicle icon in the fleet view will center the map on the selected vehicle. A second click on a selected vehicle takes you to the vehicle view where you can view more detailed information on a single vehicle and send commands. Status bar Shows the latest location of your vehicle as well as the GPS, GPRS and BATTERY status of your T23 unit. The status bar also allows you to turn specific reporting on and off. Periodic Time Sets fixed time interval for your T23 to update its location.
Trip Reporting Turn on to get notification each time vehicle starts to move.
Alarms Shows last alarm messages from your vehicle (i.e. activation of panic button in step 3.) Alarm messages will remain visible until you acknowledge them. Vehicle History Feed Shows the latest location and info messages from the selected vehicle and lets you visualize past vehicle locations on the map.

Power Alarm Notifies if battery is low or problem with power is detected
Speed Alarm Set a maximum speed for your T23 unit.

1) Check that the unit power light is blinking green. If not, unit has no power or is sleeping. Solution: Shake your unit to wake it up. If this does not resolve the problem, check that battery is installed correctly and charge unit. 2) GSM indicator light is on If a red light appears above the GSM symbol, your T23 unit has no GSM connection. Solution: Move your unit to a location with better GSM coverage, check the SIM card is properly installed. 3) Check that your tablet/computer/phone is still connected to Tramigo Cloud Your user interface must have internet access to receive updates from your T23 device(s). Verify that you are still connected to the internet and contact your internet service provider for internet connection issues.
UNIT SHOWS UNKNOWN, INCORRECT OR OLD LOCATION: 1) Check that the units GPS light is turned off If the GPS light is blue, your unit has no GPS fix. Solution: Move unit or external GPS antenna to a location with an unobstructed view of the sky and check that it is facing upwards. Note that metallic window tints may affect the GPS signal and installing your device under heavily tinted windows is not recommended. 2) Unit reports unknown location The T23 Location Directory of your unit is missing or corrupt. Step 1: Setting up your unit:
The Power LED blinks green when unit is charged
Make sure your unit has GSM network coverage: Your unit must connect to the GSM network before it is ready to sends its location and receive commands via GPRS. The red GSM led indicator light will turn off once your unit has established a connection. This may take several minutes if your unit is connecting for the first time. If your unit is unable to aquire GSM connection, check the troubleshootinbg section for possible solutions Aquire GPS Lock: Take the unit outdoors to a location with a clear view of the sky and place the unit so that the top (side with LED indicator lights) is facing upwards. Once the blue GPS light turns off your unit knows its location. If the blue GPS indicator light does not turn off after several minutes, check the troubleshooting section for possible solutions.

Step 3: Access Your Tramigo Cloud Account and Test Onboard connectors and indicator lights
Test your device to ensure it is connected to Tramigo Cloud account prior to vehicle installation.

Once logged in, press the panic button on your T23 unit continuously for 2 seconds. The alarm message sent by your unit will post shortly on your Cloud screen.

Panic Button Pushing the panic button sends out a distress message with the units current location.
Check that unit LED lights indicate OK status: When the unit is ready to operate, the LED indicator lights should be as illustrated to the right. The green power light is solid green when connected to a power source and blinking green when using battery power. Both indicate that your unit is in working order.
Register yourTramigo T23 Vehicle Tracker: Contact your company Cloud Administrator for adding your T23 unit to the existing Cloud Account. NOTE ON REGISTRATION: To complete registration, you will be asked for your ICCID available on the side of your retail .dpackage.
Insert and Charge Your Unit Battery: Refer to illustrations on next page on how to install and charge your unit battery from a laptop or or vehicle using the USB cable and cigar lighter adapter. Note that it may take several minutes for the power light to turn on if the unit has been in storage. Once fully charged, ensure that your unit is turned on (green power light is blinking) and go to the next step.
