Madi Wagnitz Madison Joan Wagnitz
has been a student at Texoma Christian School for the past three years. While at TCS, she has participated in basketball and softball. She is National Honor Society secretary, Sisters in Service president, and Student Council secretary. Outside of school, Madi enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, working at the Oasis Pool, and Netflix binging. Some of Madi’s favorite memories of her days at TCS include winning the State Championship in basketball her sophomore year ‐ and every other year of basketball! Also, she enjoyed going to London with her best friends. Madi explained that TCS has set her up to succeed in college while maintaining a relationship with God. Her teachers taught her to have faith and dream big, and God will get her where she is meant to be. When asked who has influenced her throughout her school years, Madi said, “My family has always supported me and encouraged me to be the best I can be. I just want to thank them for giving me a blessed life! Also, a big shout out to my teachers and coaches for preparing me for the future.” Following high school, Madi plans to attend the University of Oklahoma and double major in Journalism and English with a focus on writing. One of Madi’s favorite scriptures is Proverbs 19:21. It says, “Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand.” Madi’s advice to future high school seniors is, “Senior year goes by fast, make the most of it and enjoy the little things.”
