Tampa Dynamo Fútbol Club “Building our community, one soccer family at a time!” Issue 04 – October 1, 2017
A Message from the Director of Coaching Greetings Dynamo Family! I have being talking to the referees on a regular basis and it is rewarding to know that they are very pleased with how we are approaching the games. They recognized how much better we have become as an organization and how much better we interact with those involved with the game. Overall as parents, family or coaches of a child we must understand our role during the game. We need to look to always find the positive moments to reflect on the most. Players need to know mistakes are OK and that they will learn from them. Please remember these three things: Always support your child, don't look to challenge the referees during the match, and positively reinforce your child no matter what. The players look for us to set the example, and if we do a good job here then we can produce better players/humans as they continue to grow. Let's support our kids and help them be the best they can be!
