3.1. CHARGES FOR INDUSTRIAL EFFLUENT Further, an effluent fee shall be payable by factories and other industrial users where the wastewater emanating from such users requires special purification measures by the municipality. The charge to be paid will be based on the amount of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) as determined from the effluent.

3.3. CONNECTION FEES For every sewer connection the charge shall be the estimated cost plus 10 % payable in advance together with the application fees. The monthly charge for selling of treated effluent will be at the estimated cost of treating the effluent plus 10%
