ALL SPORTS ATHLETIC FEE 2017-2018 Due by August 1st or before $50 cash or check made payable to Longhorn Athletics MANDATORY PAPERWORK FOR ALL ATHLETICS Distributed Monday May 1st Due back Tuesday May 9th MAY 7ON7 Tournament Varsity 7on7 State Tournament at West Hardin- May 20th SPRING ATHLETIC PROGRAM FUNDRAISER MONDAY MAY 2ND – MAY 16TH All athletes are expected to participate (Goal for each boy athlete to sale 10) More details will be provided on Monday 2nd HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC PICNIC FRIDAY MAY 12TH Must have TISD Field Trip Permission Form returned by WED May 10th PHYSICALS AT BAYTOWN METHODIST SATURDAY MAY 13th Payment & permission slip must be turned in by Tuesday May 9th $20.00 per athlete Athletic Award Night May 15th 6:00 pm

JUNE 7ON7 LEAGUE NEW CANEY ISD – TEXAN DRIVE STADIUM Varsity team only (Thursday June 1st, 8th, 22nd & 29th) LADYHORNS SOFTBALL CAMP JUNE 6TH & 7TH Camp Fee $30.00 LONGHORN BASEBALL CAMP JUNE 66H & 7TH Camp Fee $30.00 LONGHORN & LADYHORN STRENGTH & CONDITIONING MONDAY JUNE 5TH THROUGH THURSDAY JULY 20th Camp runs Monday through Thursday Boys & Girls from 8:30 to 10:30 am Open Gym 4:00 to 5:30 pm All Athletes should attend All male & female athletes are welcome & will benefit from summer training LIL LADYHORNS CAMP Lil Ladyhorns softball camp June 6th & 7th Camp Fee $30 Lil Ladyhorns Volleyball camp June 12TH – 16TH Camp Fee $60 Lil Boys & Girls Basketball camp June 19TH – 22RD Incoming 6th – 9th Camp Fee $30 _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ July 3rd –6th – No Athletic Events (Happy 4th) MANDATORY DRUG TESTING June 6th July 12th & 26th FROM 9:00 AM TO 11:00AM AT TARKINGTON HIGH SCHOOL Athletes must have a Drug Test Consent Form on file to participate No high school or middle school athlete will be allowed to participate until drug testing has been completed LADYHORNS COMPETITION VOLLEYBALL CAMP JULY 24TH – 28th Camp Fee $125.00 LONGHORN FOOTBALL CAMP MONDAY JULY 31st – WEDNESDAY Aug 2nd, 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM Camp is open to all incoming 4th through incoming 9th graders Cost for camp is $40 per camper Designed to prepare Middle School & Incoming 9th graders for upcoming season _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ HIGH SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL BEGINS MONDAY, AUGUST 1ST (Practices Times TBA) HIGHSCHOOL FOOTBALL BEGINS MONDAY< AUGUST 7th All paperwork, physical & drug test must be complete to begin practicing 1st scrimmage Friday August 18th @ Tarkington 5:00 pm (9th & JV) 7:00 pm (Varsity) 2nd scrimmage Thursday August 24th @ Cleveland 5:00 pm(9th/JV) 7:00 pm (Varsity) Two-a-days 8:00-10:00 (1st practice)Break from 10-11:00 am (2nd practice) 11:00-12:45 These practice times are from Aug.7th –Aug.10th Volleyball Camp Aug. 14th-16th, 6th -8th graders (9am -4pm) Mon & Tues (9am -12) Wed.
