Hello Interested Renter! Thanks for your interest in renting our Kitchen. Our company specializes in cooking classes for kids and adults. We run events 7 days a week and rent our kitchen in the evenings and on select weekdays and weekends when we do not have events. We have a brand new and wonderfully designed kitchen that is clean, cheery and bright (see photos on page 2). It works well for start-up bakers, chefs and other small-scale product work as well as for classes and small talks, events, demos and gathering. As we work with kids, please note the following limitations of our kitchen - we do not allow nuts, we do not have any gas lines (we use electric burners) and we have very limited space for storage. See below for additional Kitchen Specifications. If you think our Kitchen could work for your business, we’d love to speak with you. We show our kitchen to potential renters on Friday at noon (email to confirm availability) so feel free to stop by and check it out. We look forward to hearing from you soon! Rates: Production Cooking/Baking: (3 people max) $30/hr (3 min) Events & Demos: (12 max seated; 40+ standing) $250 for 3hr $300 for 4hr Photo Shoots: $300 for 3hr *Additional $100 flat fee for Fri/Sat/Sun shifts for all rental types.
Equipment available for use: Convection oven (fits 4 half-sheet pans) (15) half sheet pans (6) 6-qt stand mixers (3) electric burners Microwave Dishwasher Refrigerator (one shelf available during shift) Stainless steel items including mixing bowls, measuring cups, spoons, whisks etc. Wash clothes & dish towels Bose speakers (bring your ipod playlist)
Availability: Mon/Tues: 4:00 pm start time (select daytime availability) Wed/Thurs: 6:00 pm start time *Email to inquiry about daytime and weekend availability.
Tables: 4 adjustable height stainless steel tables Large counter space 2 wooden tabletops
Kitchen Studio: Located on the 10th floor 2 elevators in building 750sq feet space No Nuts: -We do not allow nuts, nut oils, nut flours or any other ingredients with nuts into our kitchen. GL Insurance: -All renters must have General Liability Insurance and provide proof prior to renting.
Bring your own: Linens, Special equipment, Knives, Ingredients, Paper Towels, Wrapping/ Packaging etc... Storage: Limited availability for those who rent 2x/week on a regular basis. Cleaning: You must leave the kitchen as you found it. If you do not, you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.
