Batting stance and bunting Base running Fundamentals Pitching mechanics and Delivery Infield: Groundballs and Throwing Outfield: Positioning and Fly ball drills
Base running, Leading and Stealing Pitching mechanics, Pick-offs, and Pitch development Infield: footwork, Double plays, coverage’s Outfield: Positioning, Approach, Throws Bunts and catcher responsibilities

Former Townsend Little Leaguer and St. Bernard’s Alumni, Jim recently graduated from Bridgewater State, where he pitched for 4 years for the Bears, and earned top 5 school history rankings in ERA, Wins, and Strikeouts. He works as a Personal Trainer.
Former Townsend Little Leaguer and North Middlesex Alumni, Ryan graduated from Salem State, where he also pitched for 4 years. In his senior year he led the Vikings to a MASCAC championship with a perfect 5-0 record and season ERA of 2.36.
