TC Fastpitch – 12U Dome Ball Rules 16’ – “Shorty” Session
Specific schedules and game times will be sent to all coaches:
Except where modified by these rules, USSSA rules govern play. Protests will be decided on the playing field. The decision of the umpire is final. No appeals will be allowed to the league director. Home team shall be determined by 'coin toss’. Batting of the entire roster and free substitutions is mandatory. A courtesy runner is optional for the pitcher and catcher. The runner shall be the player that made the last out. Game times are 60 minutes, and may end in a tie. There will be a 5 run rule per half inning You may use batting cages and other designated areas before and inbetween games. District Policy prohibits the use of tobacco on school grounds. The intent of this Dome Ball opportunity is to allow the girls to play a few off-season games. While we expect these games to be competitive, we are insistent on a respectful and fun environment. Any behavior by players, coaches and/or parents that does not promote good sportsmanship will not be tolerated.
