4 ripe bananas 8 Medjool dates, pitted 1 cup raw, unsalted pistachios, shelled and ground 2 Tbsp. raw cocoa powder 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 tsp. almond extract 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk or water
Directions 1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until a smooth consistency is reached. 2. Use a spatula to extract pudding from the blender and scoop into a glass bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
