Technical White-Papers The CallBack Staffing system is a highly advanced, ‘Software as a Service’ (SaaS) providing scheduling & employee resource management solutions to Public Safety and Service industries. As an SaaS, the entire application is hosted in the ‘Cloud’. This means all data, all hardware and all infastructure is hosted off site. There is no longer a need for expensive servers and local infastructure. Customers simply access the CallBack Staffing system via a secure (SSL) web browser connection. All data is processed to and from our servers with 256bit, AES_256_CBC encryption. The entire system architecture is maintained, and supported, by our engineering team. The application can easily be ran on any modern web browser, which means the only thing your IT department will need to do is ensure the latest internet browsers are installed. Thats it.

The CallBack Staffing system is comprised of multiple, highly scalable, redundant servers located geographically throughout the United States - providing a near 100% uptime gaurantee. Additional redundant MySQL database servers provide data retention and fail safe procedures. Automatic load balancing and DNS failovers re-route traffic to backup servers in the event of an unlikely primary server failure. Database(s) are backed up on the hour and snapshots are stored encrypted within Amazon S3, designed to provide 99.999999999% durability. Data integrity, security and replication is the utmost concern and factored into every aspect of architecture in the CallBack Staffing System. The CallBack Staffing system is hosted in data centers which have achieved ISO 27001 certification and have been validated as a Level 1 service provider under the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS). The Data Centers undergo annual SOC 1 audits and have been successfully evaluated at the Moderate level for Federal government systems as well as DIACAP Level 2 for DoD systems.
