Teem Visitor Management With LobbyConnect, you can pre-register your guests. This allows you to fill out your guest’s information ahead of time to speed up the check-in process. It also allows you to send out an email invite to your visitor with all they need to know about their upcoming visit.
How to Pre-Register Guests for LobbyConnect 1. Go to your Teem Dashboard. 2. In the left menu under Employee Tools, click My Visitors.

3. Here, you will click New Invite.

4. Fill in their name and email along with their arrival information. 5. Choose to send an email invitation to your guest by checking the box below. The invite will include the meeting’s date, time, location, and the host’s name. 6. Click Save to finish.

LobbyConnect Visitor Experience When your visitors arrive, they’ll be greeted by LobbyConnect. Here’s what that experience looks like for your guests. 1. Visitors will tap the LobbyConnect home screen to begin the check-in process.

2. Then they’ll be prompted to select their visitor type such as food delivery, general visitor, interview candidate, or custom types your Teem admin has added. 3. Visitors will then fill out their name, email address, and other information.
4. Next, they will be asked who they are there to see. 5. Depending on your Teem Admin’s set preferences, the visitor can then be prompted to sign an NDA or other contracts. 6. Their photo will be taken and then a window will appear confirming that their host has been notified and will be with them shortly.
If a visitor has been pre-registered, the check-in process is abbreviated for their convenience. All they have to do is tap the Have an Invite? button on LobbyConnect’s home screen and enter their email or name. The rest of their information will already be filled in, so all that’s left for them to do is confirm that the information is accurate, sign any required contracts, take a photo, and wait for their host to arrive.
