Go to www.imnag.org Click on the Camp banner on the homepage, or click on Events > Camp Review Camp Details Click Register Now! Create a New Account Fill in all required fields and click “save/next” Make sure to write down your username and password for future log in use Fill out camper/counselor personal information and click “save/next” *Please make sure to include a photo ID Fill out camper/counselor address information and click “save/next” Fill out camper/counselor phone and email information and click “save/next” If applicable, enter your church’s GHRID. This ID should be obtained from your church’s camp leader. Select a camp from one or more of the available dates then click “save/next” Fill out Parent/Guardian’s and Emergency Contact’s Personal Information, Address, Phone Number, and Email. Click “save/next” after each one. Counselors only need to put an emergency contact. Campers click “Camper Profile Sheet” Counselors click “Camp Counselor - Volunteer Profile” Fill in all required fields and click “save/next” Campers click “Camper Medical Information Form.” Counselors click “Adult Medical Form” Fill in all required fields and click “save/next” Check to make sure all forms required are completed (they will have a green check beside them) then click “save/next” Input all medication the camper/counselor regularly takes then click “save/next” Select all over the counter medication that can be administered to the camper/counselor then click “save/next” If you wish you may pre-order a t-shirt or memory book for $15. Check the items you would like to purchase and click “add.” When you have finished selecting your purchases, click “save/next.” If you wish to proceed and not purchase a t-shirt or memory book simply click “save/next” Memory books are not available for weekend camps. Pick one of the following three options: • Add another week of camp to the camper or counselor you just enrolled by clicking “New Registration” • Add another camper or counselor (example: sibling to the camper/counselor just enrolled) by clicking “Add New Camper/Counselor” • Review the registration and make payment for the camper/counselor you just enrolled by clicking “View Dashboard” Remember to make sure that: All persons with permission to pick camper up from camp have been added to that camper’s contacts All medications (along with a current photo) have been uploaded to the Camper/Counselor and medical tab if your camper requires any medication In order to complete registration you (or your church) must submit the required minimum deposit Click “Make Payment” located under the financial tab on the Online Registration Dashboard to make a payment. * All campers must print and sign a copy of the Camp Code of Conduct and turn it in to his/her local church before coming to camp. This form is located in the Forms tab on your registration dashboard under download forms. You can also find it at www.imnag.org & in the confirmation email you will receive after you have completed the registration process. *All counselors/volunteers must have their church leader sign the Church Approval Form. This form must be turned into Kirsten at [email protected] 1 week prior to the start of camp. You can find this form at www.imnag.org & in the confirmation email you will receive after you have completed the registration process.

Go to www.imnag.org Click on the camp banner on the homepage, or click Events > Camp Review Camp Details Click Register Now! Sign in to your account Do not create a new account. If you forgot your log in information please contact Kirsten Bowser. Select the camper/counselor you wish to enroll Check to make sure all camper/counselor contact info is correct Check to make sure all camper/counselor medical information is up to date and edit as needed Click “Add new camp” If Applicable, enter your GHR ID and click “save/next” This ID can be obtained from your church’s main camp leader Select the camp session the camper/counselor will be attending and click “save/next” Check to make sure guardian and emergency contact information is correct and click “save/next” Check to make sure all forms required are up to date and complete and click “save/next” Campers: Camper profile sheet and Camper Medical Information Form Counselors: Camp Counselor- Volunteer Profile and Adult Medical Form Add any new medications the camper/counselor will be bringing to camp and click “save/next” Check to make sure all over the counter medications selected are correct and click “save/next” If you wish you may pre-order a t-shirt and/or memory book.
