Mighty Men of God Marrieds Men Dgroup tonight @ TBD at 7 pm. Marine Corps Marathon Volunteering: We have the opportunity to serve for the Marine Corps Marathon on October 22, 2017. Our group has been assigned to Gear Check/Baggage Shift 2 this year starting off with at least 25 spots for volunteering! To view our Gear Check (S2) registration, we must use “MCMPVCOC” in the password field to view the Gear Check (S2) assignment. Enter the password first, and the assignment should pop up without having to look around for it. The following information is disclosed specifically regarding our volunteer info: "Gear Check Finish Festival" on Sunday, October 22nd from 12:30pm to 4pm on Wilson Blvd in Arlington, VA. Due to checking in for volunteers, please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the service. 2017 Missions Contribution August 27th! Our missions goal this year is $100,000 — 10x our weekly contribution. Our current total is $61,555! The money will be used in the following ways:
1. International Missions (Indonesia church plantings, Anak Anak Panti Asuhan Pelangi Kasih Orphanage, and Church to Church Connection) $35,000 2. Regional Missions (Roanoke Valley & Blue Ridge Churches, ACR Missions Society, and ACR ministry training) $15,000 3. Local Missions $50,000 • Community Service Projects $30,000 • Summer Teen & Summit Internship $20,000

Paul Carter’s mom is in hospice care Jo Grante’s brother, Fred Draper Jr.’s, battle with prostate cancer. Annette Bleecker’s uncle, Skip, has been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Huffman family friend, Jessie, has stage 4 cancer and has 6 children. Fields family after the passing of Angela’s grandmother, Ms. Julia.
