Year 2 had a visit from a fire officer to teach us how to stay safe at home. He told us about items in our home that could cause a fire.
William said "My favourite part was getting dressed up as a fireman." Matthew learned "that you shouldn't leave things on charge overnight as it could be dangerous."
We received a total of £317.80 from our nonuniform day last week. We also received 30 shoe boxes. It is wonderful to know that children who would not have had any presents to open at Christmas will now receive gifts thanks to children at Toner, Thank you for all of your generous donations.
If there was a fire in our house, the advice from the fire officer was to shout fire, get out and stay out, then call 999. Year 2 SC
