Terms and Conditions for Dash SITEX 2016 Promotion 1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") for the Dash SITEX 2016 Promotion (“Promotion”) are binding on all persons participating in the Promotion organised, conducted and operated by Telecom Equipment Pte Ltd (“Singtel”). 2. The Promotion commences on 24 November 2016 and will end on 27 November 2016 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”). 3. Under the Promotion, and subject to these Terms and Conditions, eligible Dash Customers shall be entitled to receive a bonus equal to 10% of the top up value or S$10.00, whichever is lower (“Bonus”) for the first successful top up transaction of the Customer’s (i) Dash Balance or (ii) the EZ-Link balance in respect of the Customer’s Singtel Transit NFC SIM Card, via the Singtel Dash application at SITEX 2016 during the Promotion Period. Top up must be made at or via any of the following channels: (i) your Singtel bill, (ii) any bank account via eNets, and (iii) Singtel cashier counters at SITEX 2016. 4. Under the Promotion, and subject to these Terms and Conditions, eligible Dash Customers who have successfully performed any Eligible Transaction at SITEX 2016 via the Singtel Dash application within the Promotion Period shall be one (1) chance to participate in the Dash Spin & Win game (“Chance”), for a chance to win one of following Prizes (“Prizes”): Prizes Comfort $5 off promo code Bluetooth speaker Earpiece Flash drive Power bank Trapped $30 voucher Pediped $20 voucher
5. For the purposes of the Dash Spin & Win Game in Clause 4 above, the following transactions shall be considered Eligible Transactions Transaction Category A B C D E
Eligible Transactions (Spin & Win) Top up of the Customer’s Dash Balance of not less than $50 within a single transaction Top up of the EZ-Link balance in respect of the Customer’s Singtel Transit NFC SIM Card of not less than $50 within a single transaction Top up of a local Singtel Prepaid Mobile account Dash Payment Transaction at Singtel counters at SITEX 2016 Successful remittance transaction from the Customer’s Singtel Remittance Account OR Successful registration of Remittance beneficiary
6. Each Eligible Customer shall only be entitled to not more than one (1) Bonus under this Promotion. Each Eligible Customer shall only be entitled to not more than one (1) Chance per Transaction Category, as provided in Clause 5 above, subject to a maximum of four (4) Chances per Dash account. 7. To be eligible for the Bonus/Chances: a) Your Dash Balance must be and remain valid, and must not for any reason be terminated and/or suspended, during the Promotion Period.
b) You must comply at all times with the terms and conditions governing your use of Dash and Singtel Remittance Service, including, but not limited to, the Dash Terms and Conditions and Remittance Terms and Conditions (both of which may be accessed at http://www.dash.com.sg/terms). 8. The Bonus will be credited to your Dash Balance within 14 working days after the Promotion Period. 9. The Bonus is not exchangeable for cash. 10. For Dash Customers who are topping up their Dash Balance for the first time, the Bonus shall be inclusive of any bonus payable under the Dash Welcome Top-Up Bonus Promotion. 11. This Promotion may be combined with any other on-going promotions offered by Singtel unless otherwise stated. 12. Notwithstanding any provision in these Terms and Conditions: (a)

Singtel shall not be required to credit the Bonus or any part thereof to your Dash Balance in connection with these Terms and Conditions, if: (i)
at any time Singtel, at its sole and absolute discretion, suspects any fraud in relation to, and/or misuse of your Dash Balance (whether by you or any other person, with or without your knowledge);
(ii)
your Dash Balance and/or your access to or use of Dash is for any reason terminated and/or suspended during the period from the date of commencement of the Promotion Period to the date on which Singtel credits your Dash Balance with the Bonus pursuant to these Terms and Conditions (both dates inclusive) (“Relevant Period”);
(iii)
the Promotion is terminated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions at any time during the Relevant Period;
(iv)
the credit of the Bonus will result in your Dash Balance being in excess of the maximum wallet limit of $999; and/or
(v)
the phone number which is registered in respect of your Dash Balance is for any reason changed (whether by you or any other person, with or without your knowledge) during the Relevant Period.
Singtel shall be entitled, at Singtel’s sole and absolute discretion and without notice to you, to claw-back from your Dash Balance the Bonus which has been credited to your Dash Balance in connection with these Terms and Conditions (or any part thereof), if such amount has, in Singtel’s sole opinion, been wrongfully credited to you for any reason whatsoever.
13. All participants of the Dash Spin & Win game shall comply with Singtel’s instructions for the Promotion. Singtel reserves the right to request for the participants’ proof of eligibility, successful performance of the Eligible Transactions, identity and/or otherwise for the purposes of verifying the participants’ claim to the Bonus, Chances and/or Prizes. 14. The Prizes are provided on “as is”, “with all faults” and “as available” basis. Singtel makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, value, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the Prizes or that the claims or representations made by the manufacturers, distributors and/or suppliers of the Prizes are accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by the law, Singtel disclaims all such warranties (whether express or implied). Singtel is not an agent of, and assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or omissions of the merchants, manufacturers, distributors and/or suppliers of the Prizes or any nonperformance or defects in the Prizes. Any dispute about the value, condition or performance of the
Prizes is to be resolved directly with the relevant merchants, manufacturers, distributors and/or suppliers of the Prizes. 15. All Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash and/or any other items. 16. Singtel reserves the right to replace or substitute the Prizes with any other prizes of equivalent or similar value or otherwise, without prior notice or reason. No payment or compensation whether in cash, credit or kind shall be made for any uncollected, lost, expired, misplaced, defaced, stolen or damaged Prizes. 17. All Prizes shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the respective merchants (“Merchant Terms”). You agree to be bound by such Merchant Terms. Where the Prize contains a specific date during which it should be utilized, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained. 18. Singtel reserves the right to terminate the Promotion in its entirety and/or to vary, amend, delete or supplement any of these Terms and Conditions, at any time, in its sole absolute discretion and without prior notice to you. In the event of such termination, Singtel may at its absolute discretion elect not to award the Bonus and/or Prize in respect of the terminated Promotion. 19. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, Singtel has the sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of an Eligible Customer to enter and participate in this Promotion and your entitlement to the Bonus. 20. Singtel’s decisions on all matters relating to or in connection with this Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained. 21. Singtel shall not in any event be liable in any way to you or any person for any loss, liability, damages or expense whatosever, howsoever arising, in connection with this Promotion (including, but not limited to, that arising from or in connection with any failure or delay by Singtel to credit the Bonus (or any part thereof) and/or award the Prize to you or any person. 22. These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with other applicable terms and conditions which can be accessed at http://www.dash.com.sg/terms). If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and such other applicable terms and conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency. 23. These Terms shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. 24. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act, Chapter 53B of Singapore to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
