Terms and Conditions Terms and conditions of membership are subject to change and are at the discretion of the Western Bulldogs. By becoming a member of the Western Bulldogs, you are agreeing to be bound by all terms and conditions set by the Western Bulldogs. Any decision made by Western Bulldogs management is final and binding. PERSONAL DETAILS It is the responsibility of the member to notify the Western Bulldogs should their details change, including the issuing or withdrawal of concession status, member contact details or any relevant information that could affect their membership with the Western Bulldogs. MEMBERSHIP: A NON-TRANSFERABLE PRODUCT The Western Bulldogs membership card is issued for personal use only and remains the property of the Western Bulldogs. Membership cards may not be sold, exploited for commercial use, or used for promotional purposes or campaigns without the express written permission of the Western Bulldogs. LOST / STOLEN MEMBERSHIP CARDS Should a membership card be misplaced or stolen a replacement fee of $10 is payable prior to the reprinting and sending of the replacement membership card. To arrange for a membership card to be reprinted and barcode number cancelled, please contact Membership Services on 1300 46 36 47. Please note that membership cards cannot be replaced on match day. REPLACEMENT GAMES 11 Home Game, Long Distance and 3 Game season members unable to attend Western Bulldogs interstate Home games may attend one replacement game as designated by the Club. Access is general admission only and any member with a reserved seat membership will not have access to their seat for the replacement game. Please see westernbulldogs.com.au or the weekly e-newsletter for more details regarding which match has been selected by the Club as the replacement game. SUBJECT TO CAPACITY Entry to games is strictly subject to capacity. Western Bulldogs members are not guaranteed entry to games except where a reserved seat has been purchased via a reserved seat package upgrade directly from the Club or via the venues ticketing agent. To avoid disappointment on match day, the Western Bulldogs recommend that members arrive early to games to guarantee their seat. Should there be an anticipated high demand for reserved seating for a match, the home Club, in consultation with the AFL and the venue may upgrade the match to a ‘Reserved Seat Ticket Event’. Members with general entry entitlements to the match will be required to upgrade their membership to an allocated reserved seat through the relevant ticket agent to guarantee their seat. Please see westernbulldogs.com.au for details regarding matches that have been upgraded to a ‘Reserved Seat Ticket Event’. The Western Bulldogs do not guarantee that tickets will be available to all members for ‘Reserved Seat Ticket Events’. JUNIOR POLICY Juniors under the age of six as at January 1, are able to enter the venue free of charge, however they must not occupy a seat where seats are at a premium. Juniors over the age of six as at January 1 and under the age of fifteen as at January 1 will be required to obtain a Junior membership.

CONCESSION POLICY In order to apply for a concession membership, you will be required to provide photocopy evidence of your concession status. Valid concession types include a stamped, receipted 2014 enrolment form from an appropriate educational institution or a 2014 student card, clearly identifying the member as a full-time student for the entire season, aged, single parent or disability pension card, veteran affairs card and TPI. All other concession types, including Health Care Cards, are not an accepted form of concession for membership. As a student you are able to defer your payment until March 31, 2014, when you have your concession documentation. If you choose to do this, you will be unable to utilise any of your membership benefits until payment is made. Please contact Membership Services should you wish to defer payment. Students who choose to renew their membership at the Adult rate will be required to lodge their student discount refund request by close of business on May 1, 2014. Refund requests received after this time will not be accepted. YOUTH POLICY Youths over the age of fifteen as at January 1 and under the age of eighteen as at January 1 will be eligible for a Youth membership. FAMILY MEMBERSHIP A standard family membership is inclusive of two adults and two juniors (as per junior policy), two adults and two youths (as per youth policy) or two adults, one youth and one junior. Additional juniors or youths can be added onto this package at a reduced cost. LONG DISTANCE DISCOUNT Western Bulldogs members living in excess of 120km from Etihad Stadium are eligible for a Long Distance membership. When applying for the discount for the first time, you will need to supply proof of residency (for example, copy of your rates notice, gas bill, etc) to establish the authenticity of your address and application. PO Boxes without supporting documentation will not be accepted. Long Distance members not living in Victoria are entitled to a free ticket to one game in their state. In order to claim this ticket the member must contact Western Bulldogs Membership Services on 1300 46 36 47 should they wish to attend a Western Bulldogs game in their state. Ticket orders must be placed by members six weeks prior to the game. RESERVED SEAT PACKAGES Current reserved seat ticket holders will be required to renew their membership prior to 5pm, Friday 13 December, 2013 in order to maintain their reserved seat package. After this date all reserved seats that have not been renewed will be released for general sale and the Club cannot guarantee that same reserved seat can be allocated as per previous years. Seating areas at the MCG and Etihad Stadium are subject to change and in order to minimise the number of vacant seats in the stadium, the Western Bulldogs reserves the right to move a member left or right within the same row without contacting members. Any reserved seat packages not sold prior to a Home game will be released back to the ticketing agent and made available for the general public to purchase as a single ticket event. EJ WHITTEN SOCIAL CLUB EJ Whitten Social Club memberships are limited and subject to capacity. Should current EJ Whitten Social Club members not renew prior to 5pm, Friday 13 December, 2013, a first in best dressed policy will apply until capacity is met.

INTERSTATE TICKETING In order to attend an Interstate match, members must visit membership.westernbulldogs.com.au to obtain an interstate booking form of call 1300 46 36 47. Please note the strict cut-off date to order tickets. Tickets will be available for collection or posted to members the week of the match at the cost of the express post fee. One Western Bulldogs member is eligible to purchase up to one additional ticket for a guest. Reserved seating will be allocated until the Western Bulldogs membership allocation sells out. Reservations are subject to capacity and payment details must be provided at the time of booking (VISA or MasterCard only). Payments will be processed upon receipt of application. There will be no refunds available for cancellations. All requested tickets will be sent to the member whose name and address details appear at the top of the form. If tickets are required to be sent to separate addresses, it is essential bookings are made on separate forms. MEMBER GET MEMBER PROGRAM  The Western Bulldogs reserve the right to withdraw or change the offer at any time.  The offer is applicable to phone and internet sales only.  In the instance that the new member joins on the monthly payment plan, the refunds or credit will only be applied if the new member is fully compliant with their payments during the year.  To be a legitimate nominator, you must be a General Admission, Reserved Seat or Sideline member in 2014.  To be a legitimate receiver of the discount you must be a new member (and not have been Western Bulldogs member in 2013).  This offer is only valid to those who sign up on an upfront or monthly payment plan before 5pm, Friday 13 June, 2014.  Discounts will be applied as a refund or credit on July 1, 2014.  New members are eligible for a discount on their first membership transaction only. Subsequent membership transactions will not be eligible for a discount.  The maximum value of a discount is $25 per membership.  To count as a new member, the minimum spend for an adult membership is $50 and $25 for a junior membership. The discount is only applicable to Western Bulldogs memberships. Western Bulldog add on products and AFL memberships with club support are not eligible.  Offer not valid in conjunction with other offers and discounts.  Prize winners will be notified via telephone or email. TOYOTA AFL FINALS SERIES (WEEKS 1 TO 3) Western Bulldogs members with game day entitlements are given priority access (over nonmembers) to purchase a ticket to Toyota AFL Finals Series matches. Toyota AFL Finals Series matches are administered by the AFL with the core advantage to Western Bulldogs members being a priority access period for the opportunity to purchase a ticket to the game (subject to participation) before the general public. The priority access period is also extended to members of the other competing Club. Neither the Club nor its members have the same rights as they receive for Home and Away Games and members who hold a reserved seat package will be unable to retain their annual reserved seat. To be eligible for finals tickets you must join as a member prior to 5pm, Monday June 30, 2014. TOYOTA AFL GRAND FINAL Should the Western Bulldogs qualify to participate in the 2014 Toyota AFL Grand Final, each member will have different access rights to Toyota AFL Grand Final tickets subject to the type of membership held. Any member with Toyota AFL Grand Final priority access to purchase a

ticket must register their intention to purchase a Toyota AFL Grand Final ticket with the specified ticketing agent. The AFL and the Club will provide further details prior to the commencement of the 2014 Toyota AFL Finals Series. AFL MEMBERSHIP All AFL Full and Silver Members can upgrade to EJ Whitten Social Club to gain access into the Social Club facilities at Etihad Stadium and the MCG during the 2014 Toyota AFL Premiership Season. Should the Western Bulldogs participate in the 2014 Toyota AFL Grand Final, AFL Full Members will be required to purchase tickets through the AFL Reserve allocation and will not have access to purchase Toyota AFL Grand Final ticketing via the EJ Whitten Social Club allocation. Conversely, AFL Silver Members who upgrade to an EJ Whitten Social Club membership will have access to purchase Toyota AFL Grand Final ticketing via the EJ Whitten Social Club allocation as they do not have access to purchase tickets through the AFL Reserve allocation. PAYMENT PLAN The Upfront Payment Plan will be debited at the time of renewal or if automatically rolling over will be debited in October, 2014 via a nominated VISA or MasterCard. The Monthly Payment Plan will be debited on the 28th of each month, concluding on July 28, 2014 via a nominated VISA or MasterCard. 1. By becoming a member on the payment plan, you authorise the Western Bulldogs to arrange a transfer of funds from your nominated credit or debit card in the amount applicable to your membership type and at intervals as advise in point 3. 2. Members will be given at least 14 days’ notice in writing of any changes in the new amount of their next season’s membership and to the terms of the payment plan agreement. If you do not wish for your membership to roll over into the following season, you will be required to opt out in writing. 3. For members opting into the Upfront Payment Plan option, full payment will be debited in October, 2014 or upon receipt of application if received after this date. For members opting into the Monthly Payment Plan option, payments are debited on the 28th of each following months until July 28, 2014. 4. If any payment fails to transfer between institutions on the 28th, further attempts will be made throughout the course of the month to attempt to clear the fund transfer. 5. Members applying for the Monthly Payment Plan option after the first scheduled payment will have the total number of lapsed payments deducted upon receipt of application and then subsequent payments debited at each specified date. 6. If your debit is returned or dishonoured by your financial institution, a letter will be sent requesting immediate payment. Any fees levied to you by your financial institution will be payable by you. 7. In the event two consecutive monthly payments are missed a dishonour fee of $20 will be charged plus arrears. In the event three consecutive payments are missed a dishonour fee of $50 will be charged plus arrears and your membership will be suspended, thus prohibiting the use of your membership card and entitlements. In the event four or more consecutive payments are missed your membership will be cancelled and you will no longer be a member of the Western Bulldogs. Your consecutive years of members will be ceased and you will be required to start your consecutive years of membership from year one. To reactivate your membership a fee of 20% of the annual value of your membership must be paid plus any arrears. You will be unable to renew your membership and Bulldog For Life status for the following year if there is any outstanding balances from the previous season. 8. The Western Bulldogs may suspend or cancel your membership if on two consecutive occasions your financial institution does not honour the payment drawing.

9. It is your responsibility to ensure that: (a) the account details you have provided are correct, including notification should the expiry date change; (b) you have sufficient clear funds available in the nominated account on the scheduled drawing date. 10. If your membership is suspended or cancelled you will not be able to gain access to games (including Toyota AFL Finals Series matches) at Etihad Stadium or at the MCG. 11. If you believe that a withdrawal has been initiated incorrectly, please contact Membership Services on 1300 46 36 47. You will receive a full refund of the withdrawal amount if we cannot substantiate the reason for the drawing. 12. All Western Bulldog memberships completed online and over the phone will be setup as a subscription. At the completion of the season the membership will automatically renew for the following year, on a date pre-set by the club. Members will be notified in advance as to when the membership is to renew, giving the member an opportunity to change or cancel their membership for the following year. 13. If you wish to discontinue using the monthly payment plan and would prefer to pay upfront, you must pay the remaining balance on your membership and advise our membership services team of your Bulldog For Life payment plan change. MEMBERS CODE OF CONDUCT Whilst barracking and supporting your club is a vital part of the game, offensive language and gestures are not in the spirit of the game. Likewise, members who consume alcohol of a match day are to do so responsibly so that their behaviour does not spoil the event for fellow attendees. Members who breach the behaviour code of conduct may face membership penalties including cancellation of their membership. CANCELLATION POLICY Exchanges or refunds are not available on memberships or additional products purchased. If a Western Bulldogs member wishes to cancel their membership product, a written request must be submitted to Membership Services via email to [email protected] or post to PO Box 4112 DC, West Footscray VIC 3012. If the fulfilment items have been sent prior to the request for cancellation, the membership product will not be cancelled or refunded. The Western Bulldogs reserves the right to cancel a membership without refund to any member that breaches the terms and conditions of membership. Any membership cancelled by the Western Bulldogs will result in consecutive years of membership being ceased. VOTING RIGHTS Only ordinary, life or full (Social Club) members whose name appears on the Official Register of Members as of June 1 each year and who are over the age of 18 shall be eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Clubs AGM is usually held in late December, and notification of the meeting is placed in the sporting pages of Melbourne's Herald Sun newspaper and on westernbulldogs.com.au. GST All prices listed include GST. MEMBERS PRIVACY The Western Bulldogs recognises the importance of your privacy. All information collected will be handled in accordance with the National Privacy Legislation.
