Thank you for attending FC Dallas Emerald Coast tryouts! Please retain the tryout number you were assigned and wear it again on the second day of tryouts. Thursday May 28, is reserved for a makeup tryout day if weather should cancel a day. Please block off all three days. Team assignments will be emailed through Blue Sombrero. All players invited onto a team must complete inperson registration. A $25 late fee will be assessed after June 21. If your child was not selected for a team, they may be offered an opportunity to sharpen their soccer skills in the “player pool.” Pool players are invited to train with the club but do not participate in games/tournaments unless requested by the team. The fee for pool players is significantly lower because they are not attending games/tournaments, but they will receive the same training, are invited to attend skill training sessions, and goalkeeper sessions at no additional charge. If your child is invited to play with the Club either on a team or as a pool player, you will be required to register: Step 1 – Register online “Accept Now” Go to https://sports.bluesombrero.com/Default.aspx?tabid=313859 If you pre-registered for tryouts, follow the directions on the email you received about making the team. If you are a “Fall-only player” (must be indicated on your tryout form in advance), you will receive a coupon code to use during checkout to ensure your dues are pro-rated correctly. If you have been contacted about being a “pool player” you will receive a coupon code to use during checkout to ensure your dues are pro-rated correctly. Upon completion of the registration and digitally signing the club policies, you will be prompted for payment. You may pay online or by check, but the initial registration fee must be paid before uniforms can be ordered or a player card is issued. In addition to this paperwork, please bring the original and TWO copies of the player’s birth certificate. We will retain the copies.
