Dear Community Business Owner, The Beavercreek High School Baseball teams and parents have been raising money for the past few years to upgrade the baseball facilities at the high school. Each year, the players and parents sell Dayton Dragon’s baseball tickets, offer a youth baseball camp for kids 8-14, offer sponsor banners on the outside fence, enroll in the Kroger Community Rewards Program, work the gates for winter sports and sell programs at the football games. We have purchased helmet and bat storage cases and benches for each dugout, a double batting cage with concrete pad and turf, a SandPro for the field and training equipment.
This year, BHS Baseball would like to move the fence closer to home plate, construct a brick backstop with protective mats and install a net that will extend to the dugouts. The cost will be about $30,000 and we are about halfway there. We are selling 4’ X 4’ advertising banners for $400/1st year and $300/renewal/yr. These banners will be hung on the outside fence facing the school and the football field for the fall/spring/summer months. *Business name/logo in a 4’ X 4’ PDF-high resolution file. **All sponsors will be listed on a plaque at the field when the project is completed** We hope you will consider supporting BHS Baseball!
