2015 Pre Thanksgiving Tournament Game Dates: November 14th ,15th & November 21nd, 22rd Open to 3rd, 4th & 5th Grade “Blended” Teams 6th A & B Teams on one Bracket No Club or Select Teams (8 Teams per Bracket) All Games played at Guardian Angels Parish Center or Old Gym
Entry fee $125 1st and 2nd Place - T-Shirts To reserve a bracket contact: Mike Browning at [email protected] or call 513-293-9295 Each Team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games. Team Entry: Please submit a team roster (see next page) including school name, head coach, phone numbers and player names with check made payable to Guardian Angels Athletic Boosters Deadline is November 1st, 2015. If more than 8 teams per bracket register, receipt of eligible entry form will reserve a bracket on a first come first serve basis. Eligibility determined by the GA Tournament Director. The tournament will be played by GCCYS Rules.
