All materials for publication should be either emailed to [email protected] or mailed to ATTN: The Aurora; 1000 Southhill Drive, Suite 200; Cary, North Carolina 27513. The editor assumes no responsibility for unsolicited photographs or manuscripts. Such documents, if to be returned, must be accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope. All Rights Reserved, first class postage paid to the Cary (North Carolina) Postmaster. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES • Email Microsoft Word submissions directly to [email protected] or via the national website’s submission form. • Submissions for Alumnae on the Move, Undergraduate Pulse and Affiliate News must be 250 words or less. End of year reports and newsletters are not acceptable submissions. • Include the contact name, office, chapter name, city, state and school (if applicable) • A headline or title should be a part of all submissions. • All submissions are subject to editing and potential exclusions based on timeliness of content. • Submissions should be written in reporter format, excluding words such as “we,” “our,” and “us.” • Photos cannot be accepted electronically due to resolution quality in transferring to print. • Photo pricing is as follows - Group Image - $25 and Individual Image - $15 (MUST BE IN COLOR). When submitting photos, please present a copy of the article and the money order or cashiers check to: Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.
