THE BALLROOM AT ASTHALL MANOR
The Ballroom at Asthall Manor is available for hire for life-enhancing events. Priority is given to charities, local community organisations and events promoting well-being and philosophical enquiry. Rates for hire begin at £100 per day (including set up and take down days) or 5% of sales if applicable. Heating, lighting, electricity and security alarm are included. There is one loo available. Kitchen facilities and a second loo are sometimes available, at an extra cost, depending on whether the flat above is occupied or not at the time. Parking is limited. Parking for approximately 10 cars is available in the village and for one off events only it may be possible to use the gravel area to the front of the Ballroom which will accommodate another 10 cars or so. The Garden is private and not included in the hire, except by prior arrangement. Please contact [email protected] for further details. We recommend that you contact Cotswold Hire for any tables, chairs or equipment hire that you may require. There are 3 tables and 26 chairs available in the ballroom. Table dimensions are as follows: Table 1: L 150 cm x H 74 cm x W 35 cm Table 2: L 177 cm x H 80 cm x W 36 cm Table 3: L 350 cm x H 70 cm x 67 cm A U shape set up is recommended when hiring tables for the Ballroom.
