Travel trends 2015 and beyond.. •

The Benelux travellers want to truly experience the country and be travellers, not tourists. They are seeking an authentic experience, whether it’s at a local off-thebeaten path destination or one that offers a unique cultural experience. People want the up-close and personal experience, whether that is through food, culture or adventurous activities.

Authenticity has the future. Mass tourist attractions will be avoided and the unknown, unpolished destinations are becoming more and more popular. Of course they want to share these unique and new experiences with their ‘friends’ on their social media platforms. The DNE region is the place-to-be when it comes to unique experiences.
