APPOINTMENT OF LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT Thank you for expressing an interest in the above vacancy. I hope that the information included with this letter will help you to decide if this school and post would fulfil your aspirations. The Castle Partnership Trust is currently made up of two schools within the Trust itself; The Castle School, Taunton, and Court Fields School, but is part of wider collaborative partnerships with our family of schools within the Somerset Challenge, and as part of the South West Academy Group, which is a network of outstanding academies from all over the South West. Court Fields is in a rural setting within the town of Wellington, Somerset, close to Junctions 26 and 27 of the M5 motorway and within easy reach of Taunton, Bristol, Tiverton and Exeter. A key theme in our next phase of development is our relationship with partner schools. We have entered a Trust agreement with two other secondary schools and are establishing stronger relationships with other schools. The intention is to strengthen progression for all children through the Key Stages by working with primary partners to identify families who are vulnerable early on, and to plan and implement strategies to support the children in their education. By doing this we think it will ensure that all students in The Castle Partnership Trust will achieve their full potential and become productive and happy members of society. All members of the Trust will contribute to and benefit from this relationship over time and we are working hard to develop these relationships.
