RADAR THE COMPLETE USER ANALYSIS SOLUTION RADAR is a robust, secure, cloud-based portal for viewing data collected from Syrinix monitoring devices on your water distribution network. Within RADAR you can manage all your devices and review the results presented via sophisticated data analysis and presentation tools. RADAR is accessible from desktop, tablet and mobile devices and provides customers with a complete data story from their ‘in the field’ units. This data is processed by RADAR through a series of algorithms. A data alert is sent immediately via SMS or email if an event such as a burst, leak or transient is detected with a daily summary also provided. The analysis is available 24/7 via individual log-ins, with an easy to use dashboard giving a snapshot overview of the devices deployed along the network.
TRANSFORMING YOUR VIEW OF YOUR NETWORK The RADAR dashboard displays configurable alerts and aggregated statistical and graphical information from across the monitored network. This allows for effective event response and longer term network monitoring, calming and optimisation. Deployed units can be easily located and viewed using Google Maps. Customer supplied GIS data can also be overlaid for a clearer view of the network, unit locations and pressures, flows, and events. Syrinix also provides a suite of service bundles for the complete solution, and different bundles can be applied to units post-purchase to meet specific requirements. With RADAR, the customer now has a single product and data feed for multiple configurable and transformative uses. The high resolution platform for pan-network monitoring has arrived.
RADAR connects directly with PipeMinder and TrunkMinder units to allow remote configuration and set-up. All data provided to RADAR from the Syrinix units is precisely GPS time stamped for accuracy.
PIPEMINDER AND RADAR Paired with PipeMinder, RADAR gives the clearest most accurate picture of network activity, capturing transients, pressure and flow events. Flow and burst events can also be reported when used in conjunction with a flow meter. The data collected by several devices on a single network is processed through a series of algorithms, drawing inspiration from Swarm analysis. This transforms utilities’ ability to locate the actual cause of transients and bursts, tracing their impact through a network and enabling fast and effective mitigating actions. RADAR also draws upon the intuitive Syrinix Severity Score (“S3”), which is a nondimensional rating of transient activity, captured within PipeMinder and displayed via RADAR. The S3 score is a graphical representation of transient activity.

TrunkMinder collects acoustic data for leak detection and displays the advanced analysis of this data on the RADAR platform.
