The Cornell Cooperative Extension Monroe County Master Forest
The Cornell Cooperative Extension Monroe County Master Forest Owners invite the public to a free educational woods walk! Join us at Greg and Kathy Lessord’s property and view their forest management projects, including invasive species removal, forest restoration after ash removal due to emerald ash borer, and plans for an upcoming timber sale. Discussion will facilitated by representatives from NYS Department of Environmental Conservation and Monroe County Soil and Water Conservation District, who will share information and to assist forest owners and farmers.
