The Couples’ Stroking Practice Quick Reference Guide 1. Set up your practice spot. Make sure you have: A blanket or yoga mat if practicing on the floor Pillows A firm cushion for the stroker to sit on Lubricant A hand towel A timer (might be your phone, but if so, use airplane mode) 2. Get into position. 3. Noticing. 4. Set Timer. 5. Safeport.

13 minutes. “I’m going to touch you now.”

6. Find the spot.

Nuzzle in under hood with left index finger, to back of the pocket. 1pm spot on upper left quadrant of clitoris.

7. Stroking. Very light pressure, continuous. Communication options: Offers + yes/no Requests: “would you please?” + yes/no Frames 5. Two-Minute Warning. Begin to bring her down. 6. “That’s Time.” Then Grounding. First use more pressure & slow down-stroke, more fingers, then hands over Yoni, Left pressing toward floor, Right pressing toward her head. 7.
