The CREATE GROUPING gives you options to create envelopes or labels. Names and addresses can be printed directly on the envelopes, by placing the envelope in the printer. Custom labels can be purchased from any store and you can print on them using MS Word 2010. The Start Mail Merge grouping can be used by people that are familiar with the mail merge process. They can select letters, email, envelopes or labels. They can even select the recipients for the documents. Mail Merge Wizard is also an option in this grouping. Mail Merge Wizard is good for first time users of the mail merge feature. The mail merge wizard is the easiest and most efficient way to create a mail merge. The Write and Insert Fields grouping allows you to insert parts in your main document. Parts such as an address block, greeting line can all be added to the main documents. Once you add the parts to the main document you go to the next grouping “Preview Results” and check your pre-merged documents for any mistakes. The Preview Results grouping will allow you to look at your final document BEFORE you print and allow you to go back and make changes. The Finish grouping allows you to finish & merge the document after you have proofread the document. Once you select this feature NO changes can be made to the mail merge. Only select this option when you are sure you have thoroughly proofread and are ready to submit.
