Michael Moore told me of the wonderful news that not only did St. Stephen's make an incredibly generous gift of $10,000 to the International

African

American

Museum, but that a member of your church was so inspired that they

decided

to

match that donation! Thank you and your generous congregation for your support. With your help, we are even closer to meeting our fundraising goal and breaking ground later this year. Sincerely yours, Joe

During the Easter season, our Rector will be teaching an introductory course to the Episcopal Church that will explore our tradition from a variety of angles. This course is required for any wanting to be confirmed, received, or who might want to re-affirm their baptismal vows when Bishop Adams visits us on Pentecost (May 20) but is open to all. If you are taking the course to prepare for confirmation or reception, a fifth session on May 19 (time TBD) will be required.
