Concluding Remarks
The development of Long Bay has been in the making
for over 10 years The developer has spent over $85 million in the past 5 years on construction Approximately 2 million cubic metres of earthworks This has realised in the order of 300 the odd lots in the past five years Two earthworks seasons left – complete May 2017 Dependent on the economic cycle there are 4‐5 years of civil construction left
