Missions Emphasis Month It’s a joy and a privilege to have Mark and Debbie Christopher, our missionaries in South Africa, here with us today. Mark’s interest in South Africa began when he and Debbie (a native of South Africa) met in Bible College. In 1987 Mark and Debbie were married in Debbie’s home church in New Castle, South Africa. Following their wedding Mark and Debbie returned to the United States. By late 1988 they were gripped by God’s call to return to South Africa as missionaries. After Mark graduated from the Master’s Seminary in 1994, the Christophers quickly raised support and returned to South Africa. Mark has been a church planter and is currently teaching at the Evangelical Bible College and preaching at Everglen Baptist Church. He is also focusing on church leadership development. Please pray for an encouraging and fruitful time spent here in the U.S. as Mark and Debbie visit with donors (churches and individuals).

New Members Tri-City Bible Church Membership Covenant I commit, by the power of the Holy Spirit, 1. To live in a manner worthy of the gospel, demonstrate brotherly love, cultivate personal holiness and a hatred of sin, seek biblical knowledge, and pray for godly discernment. 2. To partner in the ministry at Tri-City Bible Church, joyfully giving according to how God has prospered me of my time, talents, and treasure, and using my spiritual gifts for her edification. 3. To biblically guide my family, seek the salvation of the lost around me, and earnestly examine my standing before the Lord. 4. To maintain unity in the body, be slow to anger and take offense, and always ready to pursue biblical reconciliation, remembering that I should forgive as Christ forgave me. 5. To make every reasonable effort to join a like-minded church when I leave this one, in order that the leaders of that church may more easily discharge their duty before God to watch over me in the Lord. We welcome our new members today: Shane & Shanel Goodwin Marshall & Kelsie Peterman Kipp & Patty Weber
