In 2005, Bobby was elected by his fellow Members to serve as South Carolina’s 59th Speaker of the House. Prior to that, he served as House Majority Leader from 1997-1999 and as House Ways & Means Committee Chairman from 1999-2005.
Founded in 1914, The Risk Management Association is a not-for-profit, memberdriven professional association whose sole purpose is to advance the use of sound risk principles in the financial services industry. RMA promotes an enterprise approach to risk management that focuses on credit risk, market risk and operational risk.
